PATIENT CARE
 

Dr. Sarman Singh is director of the Clinical Microbiology and Immunology Laboratory since 1991 and has been supervising millions of routine and highly specialised investigations, including routine examination of urine, faeces, sputum and other body fluids, Culture and sensitivity for various bacteria including Mycobacteria. Serological tests for TORCH, HIV, hepatitis, leishmaniasis, malaria, opportunistic infections and several rare investigations are being done to reach laboratory diagnosis of comprehensive infectious diseases diagnosis. He also provide pre- and post test counselling for TORCH, HIV and hepatitis infections to patients and family members.

This is to bring to the attention of all patients that the following tests are now being routinely done in our laboratory (Room No.25, 2nd Floor,), against payment. This revolving fund facility has recently been approved by AIIMS (NO. F.1-36/1999-2000/BUDGET). The payment shown against each test has to be made with the cashier at the Central Admission and enquiry office before sampling.
